What data is collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, the site's postcode, and the information you provide about your project (dimensions, desired timing, message, optional photos).

What this data is used for

This information is used exclusively to review your quote request and get back to you about it — never for third-party commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Third-party provider used for the form

This site's form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that relays requests to our email address (contact@newp.fr). FormSubmit only processes the data for the time it takes to send the message — see FormSubmit's privacy policy.

Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact with you — the maximum period recommended by the CNIL (French data protection authority) for commercial prospecting data — then deleted. A different period may apply once a quote becomes a client relationship, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise it, contact us at contact@newp.fr.
